North Region

Galvanised into action by the recent regional contacts weekend here are a few lines from the north. Life in our house continues to be "interesting" I'll blame it on living with two teenagers. Richard had some good news earlier in the year having been successfully reselected to train for the 2008 para-olympics in Beijing. He has also finally had his elbow release done and is very pleased with the results, so much so he now comes to my local gym. They have been very good in planning a program for him. I think he was amazed at what he could actually do. I hope to organise some sort of get together in the summer. I apologise in advance because the area is so large it may not be local to everyone. If anyone knows of a suitable venue near him or her let me know as we could always have more than one day out. I hope some of you will manage 10 for TAG's A&A week. Richard can now legally do a pint in ten pubs now but I might just have to help him on that one!
