£14.20 from Sue
Arnott
James Fenning,
Robert Fretwell and Olivia Courage of Lyndhurst School Camberley
raised £13.49 selling peppermint creams to their friends and teachers.
John Gleave
sent £250 in memory of his late brother David.
It is sad to hear
of the death of Hannah Burgess's granddad, Arthur Dulson, and
we are very grateful for the donation of £100 received in his memory.
Thank you also to Jill
Whittaker for the donations of £135 received in memory of
her mother Alice Fenny.
Jean Hartley,
physiotherapist extra-ordinaire from Great Ormond Street Hopsital
ran in the Flora 5km run and raised £135 and another £100
from her colleague Mia Dunkley from the same event.
Donations from Ann
Todd of £10 and Assumpta Kelly (£50) have
helped fill the coffers.
Sybil Simpson
has been recycling all those plastic bags at Sainsbury's and saving
the pennies for TAG. The collecting box is not yet full (despite her
husband's gallant efforts by using as many bags as he can for packing
the weekly shop) but she did write to her local branch of the store
(Macclesfield) and has received a donation of £500. Well done
Sybil and Brian. Is there an example to follow there?
Keeping it in the
family Gail (nee Simpson) and Lawrence Robinson held
their annual Barn Dance and raised a record sum of £1,005.00.
Jacqui Lintern
has been up to her St David's Day lunch again in south Wales. This
year she has raised £450 in the village and she was delighted
when Barclays Bank Community Team in Windsor matched that with
another £443. Thank you also to Barclays Bank. |
